An employee was in the mold repair area, cleaning tool components with shop rags and mold cleaner. The employee was standing on the concrete floor when he tripped on a 2' x 2' piece of plywood that was laying on the floor and leaning against the mold repair table. He fell and broke his left femur. The employee required surgery.
