Incident Narrative
At approximately 11:30 a.m. on January 24, 2025, an employee parked his truck at dock door 41, shut off the vehicle, and walked into the facility. He returned to dock door 40 to unload and as he opened the back door of the truck at that dock, it pulled away and the employee fell to the ground below. The employee sustained fractured vertebrae.
