On 1/22/2025, an employee was manually moving a scrap bin from under a machine to empty it. The scrap bin was resting on 4x4 pieces of wood. When the employee slid the scrap bin, his left middle finger became caught between the scrap bin and a piece of wood, causing a fracture/amputation to the fingertip.
