A driver was at an oil lease standing on the passenger sidestep of a truck to get something out of the cab. When he started to step down, he slipped on a step and fell to the ground. He landed on his back and hit his head, resulting in a knot on his head and a scrape with some bleeding on the back of his head. He also had a headache and was hospitalized for a subdural hematoma.
