An employee's right pant leg was caught by a motorized pallet. She fell down backwards and her lower leg was stuck under the pallet for a few minutes. Her leg was pinched between the carrier frame and the guide rails in front of the inspection station. She was hospitalized and required surgery. Machine guarding was not in place at the time.
