Two employees were waiting to offload a container from a truck that was parking at a dock door. The employees entered the trailer and the truck moved forward, causing one of the employees to fall off the back of the trailer to the pavement. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right wrist and a fractured ankle that required surgery.
