Incident Narrative
On November 5, 2024, an employee was working on a lamination line. He had removed a slot assembly from a coating station, placed it into a portable slot cleaning tank, and rolled the cart with the assembly out of the cleaning tank. He hit the door of the coating station, and the slot assembly fell from the cart and crushed his little finger. He suffered an amputation above the first knuckle.
