On November 4, 2024, a maintenance technician was locating the source of an oil leak on an unwind stand while standing on an 8-foot A-frame ladder. While removing a bolt on an air cylinder, he lost his balance and fell 7 feet from the ladder, striking an electrical cabinet. The employee was hospitalized with five fractured left-side ribs.
