Incident Narrative
The employee was using a long prybar to flip a steel track over so it could be installed on a bulldozer. The employee inserted the prybar into the track chain and began to lift. When the weight of the track went over the center, the employee lost his balance. He fell to the concrete shop floor, breaking his left femur.
