Three employees were moving a piece of sheet metal approximately 20 feet to the top of the roof. When they got to the top of the roof, the injured employee stepped on the sheet metal causing them to slide across the sheet metal approximately 25 feet to the edge of the roof and fall 16 feet to the ground, landing in a standing position. The employee was hospitalized.
