After making a repair to sprinkler piping, an employee was being lowered to the ground via a forklift. They fell approximately 15 feet, struck the mast of the forklift and a cotton bale, and then fell to the warehouse floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their face, left wrist, and left femur.
