Incident Narrative
An employee was standing on the dock frame helping the crew push a new float into position. He was holding onto the angle iron frame of the dock right in front of where they were pushing the float. His finger was pinched between the float and the angle iron, crushing his fingertip and resulting in an amputation to the fingertip.
