Incident Narrative
An employee was on a catwalk to visually inspect a piece of equipment. The catwalk has three stair treads from the ground level to the top of the catwalk walking surface. The employee either slipped going down the stairs or missed a step altogether, causing them to fall to the concrete floor and tear a ligament in their left knee. The employee was hospitalized.
