An employee was removing an aerator from the back of a flatbed pickup truck using a ramp. The ramp kicked out from the truck and he fell approximately 2 feet down onto the ground. He landed on his right ankle and then onto his right shoulder, suffering a dislocated right shoulder as well as a broken right ankle that required surgery.
