On September 18, 2024, at approximately at 3:30 PM, a plumber was installing new water lines by the attic in a new residential house. The employee was standing on a 6-foot A-frame ladder at a height of about 4 feet. He supported his arms on the wooden structure of the house, specifically on a 2-inch by 6-inch board.
