On September 11, 2024, an employee was crawling on the floor, picking up parts, and cleaning a fuel spill. A 15.76-pound weather radar dish and mount that was stored in a cardboard box fell from the top shelf of a mobile rack system and struck them. The employee sustained severe injuries including a concussion, intracranial hemorrhage, skull fracture, cervical fracture, neck injury, laceration, and contusion.
