Incident Narrative
An employee was moving a bundle of natural stone slabs with a forklift. The employee was traveling to drop off the bundle of natural stone slabs when the forklift contacted the rack, causing the staged slabs to rock back and forth. The employee proceeded to jump out of the forklift to push the slabs back onto the rack when the slabs fell onto the employee's left leg. The employee sustained a fractured left ankle, knee, and femur and was hospitalized.
