Incident Narrative
An employee was using an overhead crane to set a complink into a rack. The front pin became stuck on the rack and would not go in. The employee let linkage off the crane and was manually moving the pin into place when his left index finger was pinched between the complink and the rack. The employee sustained an amputation to the top of the finger.
