Incident Narrative

An employee parked his box truck at a dock to unload. He went into the building and walked to the wrong dock. He was standing on the bumper of someone else's box truck and was about to open the door to unload when the vehicle started moving. He then fell 3 to 4 feet on to the concrete, breaking his ankle.
