Incident Narrative

Employees had used an excavator to pull a hydrovac unit that had high-centered. The injured employee then went under the hydrovac to disconnect the tow line. The hydrovac lurched forward and ran over the employee's leg. The employee was hospitalized with a degloving injury to skin on their thigh.
