Incident Narrative

Three employees were on a boom lift to assess storm damage on a roof. When they got up about 10 feet, they encountered two vent pipes for a boiler. It started burning the lift operator and the two other employees ducked below the pipes. The lift operator was hospitalized for burns and smoke inhalation.
