An employee fell to the floor while walking a customer's selected jewelry pieces to the salesclerk at the cash register. She had stepped over a black empty hanger rack, tripped, twisted and fell, falling on her bottom. She suffered a contusion to her bottom. She later fell a second time outside the manager's office and sustained a hip fracture.
