Incident Narrative
An employee was feeding sets of steel blanks into a machine to manufacture propane tanks. A set of 90 steel blanks were set on a conveyor using a forklift. The employee was manually rotating this set of blanks when the blanks fell on his leg. The employee was hospitalized with an ankle fracture and leg lacerations.
