Incident Narrative
On August 10, 2024, at 9:21 AM, the injured employee was hooking up flats to a tugger in a product storage aisle of the warehouse to transport the flats back to the workshop. The employee tripped on a bolt used to secure the rails that guide stock pickers down the aisles and fell to the ground. During the fall to the ground, he struck a product rack with his right shoulder and dislocated it.
