An employee was spotting for a forklift as it moved an 800-pound section of duct. The load became unstable, fell 6 inches to the ground, and tipped to one side, pinning the employee beneath it. The employee suffered ligament tears in both knees, a fibula fracture, and a right rib fracture. He was hospitalized.
