Incident Narrative
An employee was on an A-frame ladder against the exterior wall of a building and was utilizing a corded reciprocating saw to cut the caulking between two sections of precast concrete wall. The blade hit the joint behind the caulking causing the employee to lose their balance and fall to the ground. The employee's right knee was fractured in three places.
