An employee was delivering a boxed car hood to an automotive body shop. The employee raised the liftgate of the truck approximately 2 feet from the ground and set the box onto the edge of the truck's floor to wrap it with plastic wrap. The employee was wrapping the box shut when he fell to the ground, landing on the left side of his body. The employee sustained fractures to his shoulder and pelvis.
