On July 31, 2024, at approximately 9:20 AM, the injured employee was standing by a conveyor and observing a process robot after employees had completed troubleshooting procedures on it. The injured employee's right hand became caught between a conveyor roller and a metal pallet, resulting in partial amputation of their little finger.
