Incident Narrative

On July 30, 2024, at approximately 2:04 PM, a truck driver parked their vehicle and was preparing to fill it with gas at the station. The driver jumped or slid out of their seat and landed on their feet on uneven concrete ground. Their legs buckled, causing their ankles to twist. The employee was hospitalized with fractures and dislocations to both of their ankles.
