Incident Narrative
An employee was working with a concrete boom pump. While they were maneuvering the hose/handle, the truck-mounted arm snapped off and the hose landed on top of the employee. The employee sustained a right leg fracture, broken ribs, and lacerations to the left shoulder, face, and the back of the head.
