Incident Narrative
An employee was unloading and putting away pallets from a truck. The pallet she was putting away contacted a tote bag of shelled peanuts and cut it open. There was another tote of peanuts on top of it that fell onto her as the bottom tote lost peanuts and became unstable. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.
