Incident Narrative

An employee was loading bags into the dumpster and used the controls to begin crushing the bags. He threw an additional bag up into the dumpster and walked around the front side of the trash compactor. He slipped on a bag and fell forward, striking the granite curbing on the front side of the dumpster as he fell. The employee sustained fractures to his left tibia and fibula.
