Incident Narrative

An employee was unjamming a hole saw using a screwdriver. When the saw was unjammed, it launched the screwdriver which struck the employee near their left eye. The employee sustained an orbital floor fracture, an outer eye abrasion, and stitches to their lower eyelid.
