Incident Narrative

An employee was installing steel siding when a piece became stuck and the rigging was pulled from the siding. A panel of the siding (approximately 28" x 12' and 28 pounds) then fell and struck them in the right arm, resulting in a laceration to the right bicep and brachial artery.
