An employee was helping a client into their home from the van which was parked on a steep slope driveway. They were found in the client's driveway unconscious. The client was strapped into their wheelchair which was found on top of the employee. The employee sustained a fracture behind her ear, a hematoma on the right side of her scalp, and a subarachnoid hemorrhage. She was hospitalized.
