On June 27, 2024, two employees were doing a lineup of a vessel (metal drum) to be filled through a fixed pipe with heated water. The lid of the vessel became unseated and a burping action occurred, spraying hot water onto an employee. The employee was hospitalized with burns to their back, left arm, left leg, and right hip.
