Incident Narrative
An employee was taking measurements of the front entrance. He was doffing his toolbelt and harness when he slipped and fell approximately 6 inches off a sidewalk curb. When he planted his right leg to support himself, his leg gave way and he fell to the concrete, resulting in a fractured femur. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
