An employee was pushing a cart with a fireplace strapped onto it in order to move it to a production area. The cart was elevated approximately 6 inches off the ground. The fireplace began to tip and the employee tried to stop it from falling. The employee fell along with the fireplace, striking his head on the concrete floor and suffering a head injury.
