Incident Narrative

An employee was using a yard truck to transport an empty export container back to the ship to be loaded. While driving through the container yard, the yard truck went off the road and struck the concrete base of a light post. The employee sustained a laceration to his lip and a contusion and closed fracture to his sternum.
