Incident Narrative

An employee was stepping from a concrete ramp to the loading dock when she lost her footing and fell 25-29 inches to a concrete pad and landed on her right heel and back. The employee sustained a fractured right bicondylar tibial plateau, a contusion to her right hip, and an abrasion on her right arm/elbow.
