An employee was working at inspection tables. She noticed vinyl was folded and went to straighten out the material. She got caught on the rotating material and her right arm was pulled into the rollers on the bottom of the waterfall area at the inspection table. The employee's arm was broken in two locations and she sustained a severe laceration. The employee required surgery.
