An employee was replacing an air condition system while on a roof when they stepped back out of the way of the moving crane and onto a skylight. They fell 19 feet and 7 inches through the skylight to the ground floor below. The employee sustained a concussion, sore upper back and neck, bruises, and lacerations. They were hospitalized.
