Incident Narrative
An employee had just unloaded feed from a truck and blew out the empty truck with an air hose while approximately 11 feet above the ground. The employee was then descending the attached ladder when they fell to the ground, sustaining compound fractures to their T1, T2, and T3 vertebrae.
