Incident Narrative

An employee was stocking the freezers at the rear of the store. They were moving items from one cart to another to consolidate items when one of the boxes wobbled. The employee moved to steady the box and fell backward striking her left hip against the lower part of the freezer. The employee sustained a broken hip.
