An employee had been working subgrade material with a motor grader. While parked, he opened the door to get out and talk with a co-worker. He was holding the door as a gust of wind swung the door open and threw him out. He landed on his feet and fell over, sustaining a fractured left tibia. The employee was hospitalized.
