Incident Narrative
An employee was cutting stone for a patio while approximately 8 feet away from a retaining wall when the wall began to give way. A stone weighing approximately 2,500 pounds bounced off the ground and struck the employee's legs, resulting in injuries including broken femurs in both legs and a broken tibia.
