Incident Narrative

On March 11, 2024, two employees were inside a tunnel cleaning trash and placing it in an electric cart. Trash fell on the accelerator of the electric cart, causing it to start moving forward while the injured employee was directly in front of it. The cart struck the employee, resulting in three fractured ribs that required hospitalization.
