Incident Narrative
An employee was lifting 4-by-4-foot bundles of insulation on a sling. As they were preparing to rig the next load onto the sling, wind caused some of the bundles to separate and fall to the ground. One bundle struck the employee, resulting in multiple fractures and lacerations.
