Incident Narrative

On March 5, 2024, an employee was removing a trailer's tie-down rachet strap when the banding used to secure a delivery of conveyor support brackets broke. The parts subsequently struck the employee, resulting in a fractured pelvis, shoulder blade, and ribs, as well as internal bleeding.
