Incident Narrative
An employee had just used a cart to move a computer desk to a dumpster and was moving the desk off the cart to the ground. A drawer slid out of the desk onto the ground. The employee jumped onto the drawer to demolish it; when his feet contacted the drawer, it slid away, causing him to lose balance and fall to the ground. He suffered two broken bones in the lower right leg.
